Managing Director, PhenixCare
As a mother and healthcare professional, PhenixCare is more than a company to me — it’s a heartfelt mission. With a background in Hospital Administration and Microbiology, and years of experience in women’s wellness, my path took a meaningful turn when I began working closely with elderly patients. I saw the quiet struggles of seniors living without support at home — and felt a deep calling to do something about it.
That calling gave birth to PhenixCare in January 2018 — a home healthcare initiative rooted in empathy, respect, and innovation. What began as an idea soon became a movement, thanks to the trust of families and the support of early believers.
We chose a different path — recruiting young caregivers from underserved communities, training them with compassion and clinical skills, and placing them in homes where their presence could truly make a difference. Today, we’ve proudly served over 1,000+ elders and patients, with 500+ trained caregivers making that possible.
PhenixCare is growing — now reaching beyond Pune to cities like Mumbai and Navi Mumbai — but our soul remains the same: to offer care that feels like family, and to be a trusted presence in every home we touch.
This journey wouldn’t be possible without the love of our elders, the trust of their families, and the dedication of our caregivers. For that, I am endlessly grateful.
